Commentary on Hobbs statement that she is willing to use administrative action if legislature doesn't act

This is a step in the right direction. I applaud the Governor's idea to use administrative action if the state legislature will not step up. With Rep. Griffin writing op eds saying "everything is fine" and Senator David Gowan not seen on this issue, there needs to be a change.
Sadly, the governor seems to be willing to wait another four or five months to before she moves forward. People in the Willcox basin have been waiting far too long. The time is now.
